Someday, it seems possible for us to synthesize the life, have good health
without illnesses and live a long life. Would not the unlimited advance of
science lead to denial of the existence of God?

Someday, the synthesis of life, enjoying good health and longevity
without illnesses is possible.
What you have said is correct.
However, it is not through science.
I do not think it will be able to analyze the two kinds of gods
as science develops.
God can only be known through God.
The life span in human was shortened due to sin (according to the Bible).
If sin is decreased and taken away,
the life span increases and people will be able to live longer.
The only way to resolve the problem of sin is the blood of Jesus
(a righteous man), and then it is the time when people can reunite with God.
